I really like your new food guide poster!!

It’s a lot more helpful than ANYthing I’ve seen before, as we tend to assume that since something vegetarian is plant-based we are automatically eating healthy by default.

It really really hits home seeing Vegenaise (and some others), as I never thought of it before and would just help myself daily, especially Vegenaise!!

I’m currently recovering from migraines and stomach ulcers and, even though I’m plant-based already there’s a lot I still need to work on.
